1.1. These Terms of Service (the "Agreement") govern the use of the Bodylytics Telegram bot (@bodylytics_cal_bot) and related services (Mini App, website).
1.2. By using the Service, including launching the bot, registering, paying for services, or accessing materials, the User confirms that they have fully read and accept these Terms in their entirety.
1.3. If the User does not agree with these Terms, they must stop using the Service.
2.1. The Service provides digital goods and intangible services: AI calorie and nutrient tracking (macros), nutrition analytics, workout and weight tracking.
2.2. Bodylytics is an AI assistant and is not a medical tool. Macro estimates are generated using artificial intelligence (OpenAI models) and are approximate. The Service does not guarantee absolute accuracy of calorie and nutrient counts.
2.3. User data (text, voice, photos) is sent to the OpenAI API for analysis. OpenAI does not use API data to train its models.
⚠️ Important: If you have or have had an eating disorder, or suspect you may have one — consult a doctor or psychologist before using the Service. Calorie tracking may worsen eating disorder symptoms.
3.1. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" basis.

3.3. All decisions regarding the use of materials, recommendations, and services are made by the User independently and at their own risk. For medical purposes, consult a qualified professional.
4.1. All materials published in the Service are protected by intellectual property law.
4.2. The User may not copy, distribute, resell, or transfer Service materials to third parties without the rights holder's permission.
5.1. The administration may suspend or restrict the User's access to the Service in case of a violation of these Terms, abuse, or legal requirements.
6.1. Payment for services is made under the terms displayed in the Service before payment: 75 Stars/month or 149 RUB/month.
6.2. Refunds are available only if the service was not provided due to a technical fault of the Service or access was not actually granted. To request a refund, contact support within 24 hours of payment.
6.3. Subscription cancellation: use the /status command in the bot.
7.1. The administration collects only the minimum data necessary to operate the Service. Details are provided in the Privacy Policy.
8.1. The administration may amend these Terms. The current version is published in the Service.
8.2. Continued use of the Service constitutes the User's acceptance of the updated Terms.
